Higher National Diploma
Admission Requirements
Applicants for Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Extension and Management are required to fulfil the following conditions:
WASC or GCE 'O' Level or SSCE with a minimum of four (4) Credit passes, obtained at not more than two sittings. The four subjects must include: Biology/Agricultual Science, Chemistry, Economics, English Language, Geography, Mathematics, Physics ans Statistics. Candidates must, in addition, obtain at least pass grades in English Language, Mathematics and Chemistry.
Four (4) Credit passes in an National Business for Technical Education (NBTE) recognized Preliminary National Diploma courses offered in a College of Agriculture or similar Post Secondary Institution. The four Credit passes must come from subjects specified in (i) above.
A minimum of Lower Credit Pass (CGPA 2.50 and above) in the cognate National Diploma obtained from Accredited Programmes of recognized Institutions.
A minimum of one-year post National Diploma cognate work experience.

Programme Duration
The programme runs for a minimum of two (2) academic sessions or four (4) semesters (Harmattan and Rain). Each semester lasts for 15 - 17 weeks.
